Glolfer’s Elbow Golf Mat

 Avoid Golfer’s Elbow
Golfer’s elbow has become one of the most common injuries in the golfing world.  The injury has become a very real fear for many avid golfers.  The problem for many of these golfers, however, is that they have no idea what to do to try to avoid it.  It seems to be the silent killer in the golf world, an injury that seems to come out of nowhere in most cases.  This isn’t just a magical injury, however.  It has some very common causes, and with a little bit of work most golfers can avoid the most likely causes and in turn avoid any real likelihood of getting injured.

One key factor in looking at the risk factors for Golfer’s Elbow is to be aware of what type of clubs and balls are being used.  Low compression balls have the ability to take some strain off the elbow, and having clubs that are correctly sized is important to avoiding injury.  Grip pressure is another major issue, and learning to ease up on the grip can also help avoid some of the strain placed on the elbows during the swing.

In addition, having a forgiving golf hitting mat to practice on can help you get back in the game more quickly.   One key when finding the right fit with this type of golf training aid is to avoid the typical golf range mats that are too hard.   Most mats are far too hard  at impact  which will be a cause of trauma to the golfer’s ailing elbow – this is the exact opposite of what is necessary.  The TallBoy Golf Mat allows that club head to swing through without any type of obstruction from the mat itself, thereby allowing the elbows to move freely through the entire swing.
